Overview

The M.D. of Wainwright is inviting applications for a seasonal shop labourer/welder.  Duties include, but are not limited to: completing general shop and welding tasks as assigned, the repair and maintenance of M.D. Equipment, maintaining an inventory of tools and welding supplies, and general housekeeping.

 

Qualifications:

·         Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Code and related regulations;

·         Minimum of a Class 5 driver’s license is required;

·         Previous shop type work/experience necessary;

·         Mechanical aptitude is an asset;

·         Experience welding structural is an asset;

·         Experience running a lathe is an asset;

·         Effective communication skills;
